Each year, Falls School families donate at least 15 Thanksgiving baskets to Lenore’s Pantry for distribution to families in need during the holiday season. The baskets contain donations including food and paper goods used for the holiday. We ask that each student bring in at least one item as their contribution.
The collection will start immediately and run through Thursday, November 12th. On Friday , November 13th at 8am, volunteers will be needed to help sort the items, assemble the baskets and assist in delivering them to Lenore’s Pantry.
The class contributions are as follows:
Kindergarten McGovern: Dinner Napkins (Thanksgiving themed)
1st Aussant: Box or Bag of Stuffing
1st Oberti: Boxed Potatoes
2nd Papineau: Boxed Corn Bread or Pumpkin Bread
2nd McConaghey: boxed Potatoes
3rd Fitzgerald: Canned Vegetables
3rd Meegan: Boxed Dessert
3rd Picard: Cranberry Suace
4th Calistra: Jar Pickles or Can/Jar olives
5th Miller: Bottled Juice
5th Pelletier: Ground or Instant Coffee
PLC Wallick: Large Paper Plates
